Noise Reduction Tuner

A real-time monitoring dashboard for tuning how noisy anomaly signals are smoothed before they are escalated. The app seeds deterministic monitoring samples for multiple streams, hydrates the NoiseSignals table from Boardflare workbook data, and keeps the starter data visible until the live rows are loaded. Users can switch between streams, apply transparent, balanced, or aggressive presets, adjust smoothing and suppression sliders, toggle an anomalies-only view, and compare raw versus tuned readings in a chart and detail table. Summary cards report the active thresholds and how many alerts were removed by the current tuning settings.
