Downtime Impact Panel

Operations KPI dashboard focused on downtime incidents and impact. The app seeds a managed DowntimeImpactPanel workbook table with deterministic incident data, hydrates current rows from bf on startup, and keeps the starter data visible until host rows arrive. It provides site, status, and text search filters; summary cards for total downtime, active incidents, orders impacted, and cost at risk; a cause-based chart that re-renders as the visible rows change; an incident register; and a detail panel with status update actions. Users can add new incidents through the form, inspect a row from the table, mark the selected incident resolved or monitoring, and clear filters to restore the full dashboard.
