Executive Kpi

Board Metric Briefing

Structures board-level metrics into three zones: growth, resilience, and execution, each with current performance, quarter-over-quarter delta, and commentary cues. The interface is built for presentation readiness with a narrative panel that auto-highlights the top three positive and negative movements. Users can toggle between management view and board view, where board view suppresses operational detail and retains only strategic indicators. Key interactions include selecting board packet month, switching scenario baseline, and pinning metrics for appendix inclusion. Expected outputs include a board-ready KPI briefing table, a variance callout list, and a concise recommendation set for agenda allocation.

Executive KPI Cockpit

Presents a single-screen executive cockpit with a top KPI ribbon (revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, NPS, on-time delivery), a trend panel for the last 8 periods, and a status grid grouped by business pillar. The UI emphasizes rapid triage: green/amber/red badges, compact sparkline context, and owner attribution on every metric row. Interactions include period switching, business-unit filtering, and threshold profile selection to recalculate status states without changing source data. Decision support is centered on identifying where leadership intervention is required now versus where monitoring is sufficient. Expected outputs are a prioritized KPI watchlist, an export-ready summary table for board packets, and a stable set of ownership assignments for follow-up.

Initiative Health Rollup

Aggregates major strategic initiatives into a unified health rollup, blending schedule confidence, budget burn, risk load, and dependency exposure. The interface shows initiative cards, a phase-progress timeline, and a cross-initiative blocker matrix for identifying systemic friction. Users can drill into initiative-level workstreams, owners, and unresolved blockers while preserving portfolio context. Core decisions include prioritizing intervention capacity, reassigning executive sponsors, and re-baselining initiative milestones. Expected outputs are a portfolio intervention queue, initiative health trend report, and clear ownership for unblock actions.

KPI Alert Digest

Provides an alert-centric dashboard for executive triage of KPI breaches, stale owner updates, and cross-functional incidents. The UI surfaces top-line counts for open, acknowledged, snoozed, and escalated alerts, plus a filter bar for severity, function, status, and age bucket. Each alert is shown as an expandable incident card with owner, due date, history, detail, and expected recovery path, along with acknowledge, snooze, and escalate actions. The digest is designed to help leaders decide which items need immediate attention, which can be deferred, and which already have an owner response. Seed data is deterministic so the dashboard remains useful in preview mode and the table-backed actions can be validated consistently.

Quarterly Variance Brief

Summarizes quarter-level performance variance against plan, forecast, and prior-year comparables with explicit driver decomposition. The layout combines bridge charts, variance waterfall blocks, and narrative slots for controllable versus structural effects. Users can pivot by business unit, revenue stream, or cost category and generate a standardized explanatory brief. Decision support emphasizes where corrective levers exist in the next quarter versus where target resets are more realistic. Expected outputs include a signed-off variance commentary matrix, driver-ranked contribution tables, and forward-quarter action commitments.

Strategic Goal Scorecard

Organizes strategic goals by pillar and objective, pairing lagging outcomes with leading milestone indicators in one scorecard. The UI includes objective cards, confidence trajectory lines, and a dependency matrix to surface cross-goal coupling risks. Users drill from portfolio-level goal health into objective-level milestones and owner commitments within two clicks. Primary decisions include whether to reallocate capacity, re-sequence initiatives, or revise objective targets for the next planning cycle. Expected outputs are objective attainment percentages, confidence-adjusted completion forecasts, and a ranked intervention backlog.

Target Commitment Tracker

Tracks committed targets by owner, period, and status, highlighting where forecasts drift from the original commitment and where repeated misses signal governance risk. The UI provides filters for period, owner, function, category, status, and repeated misses, plus a selected-commitment detail panel with original versus current values, approval chain, and a revision ledger. Users can inspect a row, log a revised forecast with rationale and approval stage, and watch the summary reliability metrics recalculate after each save. Decisions supported include tightening commitment standards, adjusting incentive alignment, and escalating chronic miss patterns. Expected outputs are commitment reliability scores, owner-level hit-rate rankings, and an intervention shortlist for target governance.
