Service Level Board

Monitors service-level performance across teams and horizons against configurable profile targets. The board loads deterministic starter rows into a managed workbook table, hydrates the current rows from bf on startup when available, and keeps the starter data visible until host rows arrive. It combines service cards, a target-versus-actual trend view, filter controls, and a ranked queue of breached or watchlisted items so leaders can review current service posture and the actions needed to restore target performance.
