Capacity Bottleneck Brief

Operations KPI dashboard for reviewing capacity bottlenecks across multiple teams. The app loads deterministic starter data into a managed workbook table, then hydrates the current rows from bf on startup when available. It shows summary scorecards for visible bottlenecks, critical share, utilization, and uncovered demand; a demand-gap chart that re-renders as filters change; a searchable, team-filtered bottleneck register; and a detail panel that updates when a row is selected. When no records match the active filters, the dashboard shows an empty-state message and a reset control so users can restore the brief.
