Dependency Failure Map

A monitoring dashboard for dependency-related reliability incidents. The app seeds a managed Boardflare table with deterministic failure records, then hydrates the current rows and keeps the view synchronized with updates. Operators can search and filter incidents by service, region, status, and severity, inspect a dependency-by-service heatmap that aggregates failure counts, review summary metrics for total failures and open items, add new incidents, and move individual rows through monitoring and resolution states.
