The dashboard seeds deterministic operating rows for SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise, then hydrates the managed table through bf.getRows after bf.ready so preview and workbook contexts show the same scoped data. Users can switch the segment scope, focus the trend on adoption, engagement, activation, or feature breadth, and filter the table to at-risk periods only. The screen combines KPI tiles, a selected-metric trend chart, a period-by-period detail table, and a risk pulse summary so leaders can scan current health and decide whether to keep cadence, investigate friction, or escalate recovery actions.
Feature Goal Attainment
Presents a status scorecard for feature goal attainment across periods, segments, and product areas. The dashboard seeds deterministic feature-goal rows, hydrates the managed FeatureGoalAttainment table with bf.ready and bf.getRows, and keeps the seed data visible until non-empty workbook data arrives. Users can filter the scorecard by period, segment, and status; toggle an at-risk-only view; switch the chart focus between attainment, gap, actual, and goal values; inspect a selected feature in a detail panel; and add a new goal update row through the entry form. The view combines KPI summary cards, a responsive bar chart, a clickable detail table, and a structured input flow so product leaders can scan whether feature delivery is on track, watch, or off track.
Product Alert Digest
Presents a managed digest of product alerts with deterministic seed data for preview and workbook contexts. The app hydrates its ProductAlerts table with bf.ready, bf.onTableSync, and bf.getRows, then keeps a visible seed-backed digest in place until the host rows arrive. Users can filter the alerts by status, severity, and free-text search; inspect a selected alert; acknowledge, resolve, or reopen an item; and create a new alert row through the entry form. A severity mix chart and summary cards show the current open, acknowledged, resolved, and critical counts so product leaders can scan the active risk queue and decide what needs attention next.
Product KPI Cockpit
Presents a single-screen product cockpit for adoption, engagement, reliability, conversion, and retention governance. The cockpit includes period, segment, and product-line scope controls; a KPI ribbon with deterministic on-track/watch/off-track status; a six-period trend chart for the selected metric; a pillar-level accountability grid; and a ranked risk watchlist. Users can re-center the trend by clicking any KPI card and can narrow the watchlist to escalations only without altering the underlying seed dataset. The view is designed for scan-first leadership reviews, owner follow-up, and export-ready status discussions.
Release Impact Rollup
Presents a product KPI rollup for release impact across product areas, segments, and reporting periods. The dashboard seeds deterministic release-impact rows, hydrates a managed ReleaseImpactRollup table with bf.ready and bf.getRows, and keeps the seed-backed rollup visible until non-empty workbook data arrives. Users can filter the rollup by release, status, segment, free-text search, and an escalations-only toggle; switch the chart focus between impact score, delta, baseline, and current values; inspect a selected row in a pinned detail panel; and add a new release impact observation through the entry form. The view combines KPI summary cards, a responsive horizontal impact chart, a clickable table, and a top-impact shortlist so product leaders can quickly assess whether a release is healthy, needs monitoring, or should be escalated.
Reliability Health Board
Provides a reliability scorecard for product operations with deterministic seed data and a managed workbook table. The board compares release reliability, uptime, incident rate, MTTR, change failure rate, and SLO compliance across reporting periods, product segments, and product lines. Users can change the period snapshot, narrow the segment and product-line scope, switch the KPI focus, and hide healthy rows to inspect only critical issues. The screen combines KPI cards, a trend chart for the selected metric, a current-snapshot table, and a recommendation panel so operators can quickly decide whether to hold cadence, investigate, or escalate recovery work.
