Reliability Action Queue

A queue-based operations dashboard for uptime and reliability anomalies. The app starts with deterministic seeded actions, then lets operators triage incidents by filtering the queue, adding new action items, advancing action status, and deleting completed or obsolete rows. The view summarizes the total queue size, current blockers, overdue items, and other high-priority work so teams can quickly see what needs attention next.
