Recovery Time Analyzer

A monitoring dashboard for analyzing how quickly services recover after uptime incidents. The app seeds a managed Boardflare table with deterministic recovery records, then hydrates the current rows from Boardflare and stays synchronized with later table updates. Operators can search and filter incidents by service, region, severity, and status; review KPI cards for visible incident count, open items, average recovery time, target compliance, and the slowest incident; inspect a recovery-by-service chart; add new incident rows; and mark the selected incident as investigating or resolved.
