Error Budget Burn Tracker

A reliability dashboard for tracking how incidents consume the monthly error budget. The app starts with deterministic seed rows, then hydrates the managed error budget burn table from Boardflare and keeps the view synchronized with subsequent table updates. Operators can filter records by service, severity, state, and search text; review KPI cards, a burn-rate trend chart, and a detailed table; add new burn records; and remove obsolete rows. The visible summaries always reflect the current filtered view so the tracker can be used to spot at-risk services and over-budget incidents quickly.
