Shift Performance Rollup

Operations KPI dashboard for reviewing shift-level performance across plant and fulfillment sites. The app seeds a managed ShiftPerformanceRollup workbook table with deterministic rows, hydrates the current rows from bf on startup when available, and keeps the starter shifts visible until host rows arrive. It provides site, shift, and search filters; summary cards for output attainment, on-time completion, quality rate, and overtime; a metric-focused rollup chart that re-renders as the visible rows or selected metric change; a searchable shift register; and a detail panel that updates when a shift is selected. Users can inspect a shift, mark it reviewed or escalated, and reset filters to restore the full rollup.
